During that time we connect your accounting and payment systems via middleware, design your KPI structure, build your dashboards, and configure your AI-generated summaries. After onboarding, your reporting layer runs on a monthly cadence with data refreshed automatically between cycles.
What tools do you use to build AI-powered dashboards?
AI-powered dashboards are built with modern web technology (React, Chart.js, Recharts) paired with AI services from providers like OpenAI and Anthropic — the same stack powering most modern data products. Data connections flex to your organization's comfort level: live API integrations when you want continuously updated dashboards, scheduled exports for a more controlled approach, or simple CSV and Excel uploads when sensitivity or simplicity matters most. Deliverables can be live React dashboards, Excel or Google Sheets workbooks, PowerPoint board decks, or PDF financial packages — whichever fits how your team works.
Do you handle the data connections too, or does my team?
For most clients, we use established middleware tools (Coupler.io, Mosaic, Fivetran, and similar) to pull data from your accounting and payment systems into the reporting layer — no engineering work required from your team and no custom API code from us. For larger clients with existing data infrastructure or a data team already in place, we work on top of what they've already connected and focus our work on the reporting and AI insight layer. Either way, our lane is the reporting and visualization side — not custom systems integration.
Is my financial data secure?
Yes. We use established middleware tools (Coupler.io, Fivetran, and similar) with read-only access wherever possible — meaning no custom API work, no engineering team required, and nothing writes back to your source systems. AI processing follows enterprise data-handling practices (we use API endpoints that don't train on your data), and access is restricted to people you authorize. We can review specific security requirements during onboarding.
